How do I know if an item is in stock?
Availability is shown on each product page. In Stock pieces are available for dispatch within 24 hours on business days, Pre-Order pieces are due to arrive in an upcoming shipment, and Made to Order pieces are produced specifically for your order. For one-off vintage pieces, the piece shown is the piece available.
When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking or delivery information depending on how your order is being delivered.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
For orders sent via Australia Post or courier, you’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. For furniture and oversized pieces delivered by a specialist removalist, you’ll be contacted directly to coordinate delivery.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is eligible for return. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Sale items and Made to Order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Free Click & Collect is available from the Tigmi Studio at 13 Bayshore Drive, Byron Bay. Select Click & Collect at checkout when available for your order.
