A sculptural vintage stoneware vase with a broad rectangular body, raised on a small pedestal base and finished with a narrow neck.
The irregular glaze moves between earthy brown, cream and charcoal tones, pooling and breaking across the textured surface to emphasise the hand-worked quality of the piece. Viewed from the side, its unexpectedly slender profile gives the vase an almost architectural quality.
An unidentified signature appears to the underside. Presented in good vintage condition, with gentle signs of age consistent with its history.
