Yes. We offer free shipping on rugs Australia-wide. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

That said, we always encourage buying out of love and function over pure financial strategy - the true value of a piece lies in how much joy it brings into your daily life.
How do I choose the right rug size for my space?
The right rug should feel generous enough to anchor the furniture around it, rather than floating within the room. In a living space, we generally recommend choosing a rug large enough to sit beneath at least the front legs of your furniture, while dining rugs should extend comfortably beyond the table and chairs. Can I view an item before purchasing?
Yes. Many of our pieces can be viewed at our Byron Bay showroom. As not every item is held on the showroom floor, we recommend contacting our team at sales@tigmitrading.com before visiting if there’s a particular piece you’d like to see.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is eligible for return. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Sale items and Made to Order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty.
What should I consider when buying vintage lighting?
Vintage lighting is inherently one of a kind, with variations and signs of age forming part of the character of each piece. We provide detailed imagery and condition information wherever relevant, and each piece is tagged and tested to comply with AS/NZS 3760. If you’d like further information about the condition, scale or electrical requirements of a particular piece, our team can help before purchasing.
