Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order custom pieces or do you have customisable options?
Yes. Custom sizing is available across many of our contemporary rug collections, while selected furniture and Tigmi-designed pieces are available with customisable fabrics or other options. Availability varies by product, so contact our team to discuss your requirements.
When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking or delivery information depending on how your order is being delivered.
Can I view an item before purchasing?
Yes. Many of our pieces can be viewed at our Byron Bay showroom. As not every item is held on the showroom floor, we recommend contacting our team at sales@tigmitrading.com before visiting if there’s a particular piece you’d like to see.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary by product and collection. Current availability and estimated lead times are shown on individual product pages. For Made to Order pieces or time-sensitive projects, contact our team for current production and delivery estimates.
How do I care for my product?
Care requirements vary according to the materials, construction and age of each piece. Product-specific care information is provided where available on individual product pages. For vintage, one-of-a-kind or specialist pieces, contact our team for tailored care advice.
