Esparto

Esparto is a collection of handwoven abaca rugs, exploring the natural strength, texture and variation of the fibre across three distinct designs: Cubis, Contour and Rhombus.

Made from abaca, a plant fibre valued for its durability and distinctive tactile quality, each rug has a richly textured surface with subtle variations that come from the material and the handwoven process.

Across the collection, shifts in pattern, scale and construction give each design its own character while retaining the raw, natural quality that defines Esparto.
