Claude Courtecuisse Apollo Armchair
France, 2000s
Designed in the early 2000s by French architect and designer Claude Courtecuisse, the Apollo armchair reflects his exploration of materiality and modern form. The chair is composed of a chrome-plated tubular metal frame, supporting a suspended seat in natural linen fabric with brown leather accents.
Showing signs of age and wear, including worn areas on the fabric as pictured, the piece retains its sculptural integrity and embodies Courtecuisse’s experimental approach to design. A rare and collectable example of contemporary French seating.
Price is per chair.
