'Relaxer 2' Rocker chair, designed by Verner Panton circa 1970s - manufactured for Rosenthal in Denmark.
The frame is crafted from Beech timber and features an upholstered cushion, the frame, so-called "ground swing", is constructed with two sickle-shaped runners and a wooden slatted frame.
The timber is in excellent vintage condition and the cushion is newly upholstered in soft leather.

About the designer:
Verner Panton is considered one of Denmark's most influential 20th century furniture & interiors designers. One if his best known designs is the Panton Chair (also known as the S Chair) developed together with Vitra in 1967.
