This iconic modular DS-600 lounge sofa was designed by the designers Ueli Berger, Elenora Peduzzi Riva, Klaus Vogt and Heinz Ulrich for de Sede in the 1970s in Switzerland.
The DS-600, or 'Non Stop' Sofa is an indestructible, variable modular system of upholstered furniture consisting of individual, addable armchair elements. Featured here in a cream leather seat combined with a rust leather base.
These consist of an L-shaped hard foam core covered with a down-lined and leather covered cushion. The elements are connected with a plug-in hinge and a construction made of hide and zipper.
The sofa can be bent in any desired model and consists of 13 elements, including 2 armrests.
In excellent vintage condition with light wear consistent with age and use.
