If your order includes furniture, homewares or art, shipping will be calculated at the highest applicable rate.

Our furniture, mirrors and some lighting and homewares are considered bulky and/or fragile and are charged at a flat rate based on location:

• $250 Major Metro – Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Brisbane
• $350 Regional – Regional NSW, Regional VIC, Regional Brisbane, Regional Gold Coast
• $550 Rural – Cairns, ACT
• $650 Remote - Perth, NT

Delivery & Site Access

Our rates include ground floor delivery with our trusted providers. Installation and rubbish removal are not included. If your delivery requires additional access (stairs, lifts, or restricted entry), please let us know before ordering so we can confirm freight costs and logistics. Delivery times vary depending on availability, and our logistics team will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to arrange delivery.

Shipping for homewares (excluding rugs, furniture, mirrors, art, and bulky/fragile items) is based on size, starting from $15–$50. If ordering multiple items, shipping is calculated at the highest rate.

Items are shipped via standard post or courier service, with an estimated 3–8 day delivery window.

Shipping for lighting starts from $35–$80 (excluding bulky / fragile). Lighting kits purchased alone incurring a flat rate of $15.

Art shipping is based on size, starting from $35–$250. If ordering multiple pieces, the highest rate will apply.

Pre order items have the estimated delivery week date specified on the product page. The date provided is the best approximation we have, and you will be notified in the case of any delays.

If you have ordered pre order items with stocked items, please note that they will be shipped together after the pre order item has arrived.

For made to order items, please note the lead time specified at the time of order. These lead times are the best approximation, however note that they can vary based on seasonal and external variables beyond our control.

Our team will be in touch within 48 hours of purchase to confirm your made to order item is underway and an updated estimated time of arrival. We will get in touch again once production has completed to arrange the delivery at a time that suits you.

We want you to feel confident with your considered purchase. If you should find you are not completely happy with your purchase and the item is unused in original condition, we accept returns within 21 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (Australia only). If you no longer have the original packaging, we will happily work with you to provide packaging to ensure a secure return. You will need to cover the costs of the return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged. For more on our returns, see here.

We ship to most international countries, however please get in touch if you would like confirmation of this prior to purchase.
