Vacuum your jute rug regularly OR take outside and gently shake to remove dirt and debris. Avoid powerful heads and stiff bristle brushes as these may cause damage to the rug fibres.
If spills occur, blot with a clean, dry cloth to absorb as much liquid as possible. Avoid rubbing as this can cause the jute fibres to fray or become discoloured.
Jute rugs are highly sensitive to moisture, as water can cause fibres to swell and weaken. Avoid using water-based cleaning methods or exposing the rug to excessive humidity. Wiping with a damp cloth is fine.

Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of placement of order through a courier service, depending on delivery location. Additional fees may be charged for alternate shipping services.
