The iconic modular DS-600 lounge sofa was designed by Ueli Berger, Elenora Peduzzi Riva, Klaus Vogt and Heinz Ulrich for De Sede in the 1970s in Switzerland.
Featured in original orange leather combined with a toffee-toned felt fabric base, the DS-600 Snake, or 'Non Stop' Sofa is an indestructible, variable modular system of upholstered furniture consisting of individual, addable armchair elements.
These consist of an L-shaped hard foam core covered with a down-lined and leather covered cushion. The elements are connected with a plug-in hinge and a construction made of hide and zipper.
The sofa can be bent in any desired model and consists of 14 elements, including 2 armrests.
In great vintage condition with a beautiful patina and wear consistent with age and use.
ONE ONLY.
