Chich-bich is a special collection set of board games designed and handcrafted by Tunisian design lab Flayou.
Chich-bich, which means Backgammon in Tunisian, is inspired and adapted from the traditional art craft of Sejnane’s pottery in Tunisia.
100% handmade from Terracotta, ochres and vegetable dye
While these artisanal boardgames are to be enjoyed as a game, due to the handmade nature they are imperfect which means the pieces at play may be a little unstable - set up they are a wonderfully playful objet de decoration for the home.
As they are all cooked using traditional methods, each board has its own unique flame marks even when cooked in the same fire at the same time, adding to the artisanal quality of each piece.
