How do I contact customer service?

Please email your enquiry to sales@tigmitrading.com or call the Tigmi Studio on (02) 6694 3073. If you would like to call us, please note our studio hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday & 10am - 3pm on Saturdays.

Where are you based and where can I see your collections?

We are based in the Byron Shire of Northern NSW. The Tigmi Trading Studio is located at 13 Bayshore Drive with access to street parking. We are open Monday-Friday 10am - 4pm, and Saturdays 9am - 3pm. We also offer virtual showroom visits via your preferred video calling platform, please get in touch with us to book one in.

What are your delivery options?

Can I pick up my order?

If you would prefer, you can pick up your order at our Tigmi Studio located at 13 Bayshore Drive Byron Bay. If you are ordering online simply select the click and collect option at checkout. The click and collect option is free.

Can I order custom pieces or do you have customisable options?

Yes. Custom sizing is available for the majority of our contemporary rug collections. Additionally, select vintage pieces and Tigmi Designed products offer more flexibility with customisable fabric options. What are your lead times?

Our lead times vary depending on the collection. We have carefully noted the lead times and stock values of each product on each individual product page, however, if you would like more information or have any questions regarding lead times and expediting items please contact us at sales@tigmitrading.com

Are fabric swatches available?

Fabric swatches are subject to availability and vary in price. Please contact us at sales@tigmitrading.com to check the availability and cost of your selected swatch

How do I care for my product?

Care and maintenance across our curated collections is as unique to each product as the pieces themselves. We aim to provide as much product specific information on each individual product page.

One-off and vintage items often require tailored care and maintenance based on the condition and provenance of the item, so if you would like more info on these, or any of our collections please get in touch with us at sales@tigmitrading.com
