Handmade locally in Byron Bay, the ZELLIGE coffee table highlights the beauty of Moroccan zellige tiles paired with brass detailing and glass.
Zellige tiles are handcrafted in Morocco from natural clay using ancient techniques. Each tile is mixed with water, shaped by hand, dried and then kiln-fired - the glazing is then applied by hand. No two zellige tiles are alike - the hand made nature of production results in imperfect and uneven tiles and we believe this adds to their charm and beauty.
ZELLIGE Coffee Table features 4 tiled plinth bases with inset brass foot detail and brass top, and finished with 12mm toughened glass.
