The design effectively sculpts a single flat sheet of folded stainless steel into a column and diffusing hood. 

An expression of the eras fascination with futuristic and sculptural forms using materials like highly polished metals & glass.

This lamp is in excellent vintage condition, with very minimal wear on the steel and white enamelled interior.
