This original piece has been very lovingly restored/reupholstered in a beautiful yellow cotton/wool fabric.

Design by Alessandro Becchi, the Anfibio (amphibian) sofa is perhaps the precursor to the futon - it can be unfolded to easily transform into a soft double bed sheepskin mattress.
